Policy
We want every order to arrive correctly, safely, and in good condition. Because our products are personal care items, our return policy is designed to protect product safety and customer hygiene.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personal care nature of our beard products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Beard oil
- Beard balm
- Beard cream
- Beard wash
- Beard conditioner
- Grooming kits
- Sample products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, missing an item, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition it was received
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an error on our end. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Scent Preferences
Because scent preference is personal, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on fragrance preference once the product has been opened or used.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Sample products
- Gift cards
- Discounted or clearance items
- Products purchased during final sale promotions
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by The Beard Spot.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Beard Spot is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We are happy to help provide order and tracking information when needed.
Policy Abuse
The Beard Spot reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or future orders if we believe the policy is being abused, misused, or used fraudulently.
