Order Processing Time

Orders placed during regular business days are typically processed and shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during high volume periods may take additional time to process.

Weekends and Holidays

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next available business day.

During holidays, product launches, promotional events, or high volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Free Shipping

The Beard Spot may offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Free shipping is a standard shipping option and is not the fastest available shipping method.

If you need your order sooner, we recommend selecting an upgraded shipping option at checkout when available.

Shipping Speed

Processing time and shipping time are separate. Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare and ship your order. Shipping time begins once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier's delivery schedule.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text message, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking details.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. The Beard Spot is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. The Beard Spot is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost, stolen, or missing.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide order and tracking information if needed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing an item, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
