Shipping policy
Shipping
We ship from Miami, Florida. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier the next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Options at Checkout
- Free Shipping (3 to 5 business days). Free on every order of $50.00 and up.
- Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days). $6.00 flat on orders under $50.00.
- Express (1 to 3 business days). $12.95 flat, available on any order.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates start the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Because we ship out of Miami, orders to the Southeast and the East Coast usually arrive at the fast end of the estimate and orders to the West Coast usually land at the far end.
Estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and holiday volume can add time and those are outside our control.
Tracking
You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your label is created. If you do not see it, check your spam folder, then email us.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Wrong Address
Email support@thebeardspot.com as soon as you can. If the order has not shipped we can fix it. Once it is with the carrier we cannot redirect it, and a package returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped at your cost.
