These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of www.thebeardspot.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from The Beard Spot. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

"The Beard Spot", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the company that owns and operates the Site. "You" and "your" refer to any person who uses the Site or buys from us.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for people 18 years of age or older. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18.
3. Products and Intended Use
Our products are cosmetic grooming products for external use on hair and skin. They are not drugs and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Check the ingredient list before use if you have known sensitivities. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.
4. Orders and Pricing
All prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price, where a product is out of stock, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it in full.
Product photographs are representative. Minor variation in packaging, color and scent can occur between batches.
5. Shipping and Returns
Shipping options, delivery estimates and return eligibility are set out in our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
6. Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to give accurate information, to keep your login details confidential, and you are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property rights.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Interfere with other people's use of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
We may remove content or restrict access where we believe these Terms have been broken.
8. Intellectual Property
The Beard Spot name, logo, product names, photography, text and site design are our property and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
If you send us a review, photo or other content, you give us permission to use it in our marketing, crediting you where practical. You can ask us to stop using it at any time by emailing us.
9. Links to Other Sites
The Site may link to other websites. Those links are for convenience only and are not an endorsement. We are not responsible for content on sites we do not operate.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of content on the Site, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and The Beard Spot regarding the Site. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is struck and the rest remains in force.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
